We are not contracted with Medi-Cal so we are unable to bill them. If you need assistance once you receive a bill, or if you find you are unable to pay your bill, please contact us to see if you qualify for financial help.
The center accepts most major insurance HMOs, PPOs and Workers Comp. We are contracted with the following insurance plans. If you do not see your insurance company listed, please contact our billing department.

All of our anesthesiologist are contracted with all major insurance companies. If you have questions, please contact our billing department.
The center charges a facility fee for each surgical procedure we perform. This fee covers the cost of the OR, all supplies, nurse and staffing, medications used as well as use of the recovery room. You will receive a separate bill from your surgeon’s office and the anesthesiologist’s office, and possibly the pathologist’s office.
We offer a cash discount to those patients without insurance.
The staff at our center will verify your insurance coverage for you. We will also check to see if the procedure scheduled by your surgeon’s office requires authorization. However, you should always check with your insurance company prior to admission for your procedure.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash (exact change only, please).
Your payment is due upon receipt of the bill.
